Design

Blueline Technologies systems are designed with the end-user in mind. Therefore aspects like ease of use, low-cost maintenance and quality are what set these systems apart from the rest. At Blueline Technologies our design philosophy is one that will invest in the highest quality components, latest technology and integrated fault locating functionality, reducing future expenditure on man-hours, repair costs and expansions.

Mobirise

Operation

The intercom utilizes a normal telephone instrument. Up to three telephones can be connected, each with uniquely assigned dial tones, busy tones etc. Automatic switching between talk and listening modes is accomplished by implementing the latest voice-activation technology (no need to press buttons manually to select between talk and listening modes).

Mobirise

Processor

The system is controlled by a high-performance microprocessor, enabling it to control up to 828 rooms by dialling the room number, obviating the need for intercom call-lists. Functions include group-call, all-call, music and bell activation.

Fault Finding

The modular design, with no electronic components on the motherboard allows for quick and easy repairs and module replacements. The motherboard also acts as a distribution panel for easy installation and location of cable faults. The integrated automatic line testing capability enables a technician to test the system and locate faults within minutes.

Relay Cards Upgrades

Relay-cards and Amplifier modules can be added to suit every requirement. Each relay card can accommodate 36 rooms and has its own led display to indicate which relay, card or group is selected, further simplifying fault finding on the intercom network.

Formats and Expansions

All Intercoms are assembled to order and to suit every unique requirement.

Systems are available in the following formats and expansions:

> Motherboard with three relay-card slots that can operate from 36 up to 108 rooms.

> Motherboard with seven relay-card slots that can operate up to 252 rooms.

> Extension-boards with eight relay-card slots can be added for systems up to 540 or
up to 828 rooms.
